Job Title: Retail Development Manager Branch: Bartlesville Department: Retail Grade: Officer Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Mon-Fri Required Skills: Employee will be responsible for marketing and selling depository products outside and within the branch. Thorough understanding of day-to-day operations of the branch and knowledge of teller procedures is required. Ensures the operations of all staff and provides supervision with emphasis on proper performance of duties. Knowledge of Word and Excel with superior customer service skills are a must. Job Title: Part-time Teller    (2 positions open) Branch: Willow Department: Retail Grade: 6 Work Hours: 25-30 hours a week. 7:15am - 7:15pm, Mon-Fri                    9:00am - 1:00pm, Sat (hours will vary) Required Skills: Individual will serve customers by performing all duties of a paying and receiving teller in addition to providing other information and services of the Bank as required. Must be able to work rotating shifts and on Saturday. Basic computer skills and strong customer skills are required.
